- 1 cube Knorr Caldo de Tomate Bouillon (Tomato Bouillon w/ Chicken Flavor
- 2 cups water
- 1 TBSP butter
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 TBSP garlic
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 TBSP cumin
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- Melt butter in sauce pan.
- Add all vegetables and cook until onions are soft and translucent.
- Add spices and tomato sauce. Mix well.
- Add prepared bouillon. Mix well.
- Simmer on medium to reduce and thicken.
