Silly face smoothie bowls the kids will love.


  • 2 cups of Dole Fruit & Veggie Blends Fruit ‘n Greens
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 banana


  1. Blend Dole Fruit & Veggie Blends Fruit ‘n Greens, peeled banana, and coconut water in blender on the smoothie setting until smooth.
  2. Pour into bowls.
  3. Cut frozen strawberries and blueberries to make faces on the top of the smoothie bowls.
  4. Further embellish the faces with the sliced almonds, chia seeds, and shredded coconut.


Decorations – any combination of these:

  • frozen blueberries and strawberries for decorating
  • 1 Tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 Tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
