Scale
2 packs of Original Stonefire naan (4 pieces total)
6 cups of pulled pork
1 pack of coleslaw vegetables
5 sprigs of cilantro
spicy sriracha mustard sauce
Instructions
Place the Original Stonefire naan on a cookie sheet. Toast in a 400ÂşF oven for 2-3 minutes.
Spread about 2 TBSP of spicy sriracha mustard sauce on the Original Stonefire naan. Use a basting brush to get the sauce into all the nooks and crannies of the Original Stonefire naan.
Sprinkle about 1.5 cups of shredded pulled pork across the Original Stonefire naan.
Sprinkle about 1 cup of prepared coleslaw across the Original Stonefire naan.
Drizzle 2 TBSP of spicy sriracha mustard sauce across the flatbread and toppings.
Wash and dry the cilantro, then remove the leaves. Sprinkle the leaves on top of the Original Stonefire naan.
Slice the Original Stonefire naan lengthwise. Then cut it into 1.5″ wide strips in the other direction. This should yield about 8-10 slices per Original Stonefire naan.
Repeat to make 4 Original Stonefire naan Pulled Pork Flatbreads. Serve with additional spicy sriracha mustard sauce for dipping.
