Apricot Chamoy Sauce

A delicious chamoy inspired marinade for vegetables and meat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 dried ancho chiles
  • 2 cups Apricots (pitted) frozen or fresh
  • ¾ cup lime juice
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 TBSP salt

Instructions

  1. Rehydrate chiles in a bowl of water for 30 mins, remove stem and seeds.
  2. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  3. Process until smooth.
