Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Delicious oven-roasted brussels sprouts finished with bacon.



1.5 lbs brussels sprouts

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp cayenne powder

1 lb bacon

1 pat of butter (1/2 tbsp)


  1. Wash and halve about 3 bags of Brussels sprouts from the 99.
  2. Toss them in some olive oil, salt, pepper, and any spices you like (we love cayenne powder).
  3. Roast them on a cookie sheet in the oven at 400°F for 15 minutes.
  4. While those are roasting, cook 1 pound of bacon.
  5. Chop the bacon and then toss with the roasted Brussels Sprouts in a frying pan with a pat of butter to mix well.
