Easy Mini Chicken Street Tacos Recipe

Mini street tacos you can make fast without hiring a taco man for your next party or easy weeknight dinner.

  • 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp. Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon
  • 4 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • 24 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 medium onion, diced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss the chicken with garlic, vegetable oil, chopped cilantro and Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon.
  2. Heat a large skillet until hot. Add the chicken, cooking about 9 minutes until cooked through. Stir while cooking to brown all sides of the chicken. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the cooked chicken.
  3. Build the tacos. Start by stacking 2 tortillas topped with chicken, cilantro leaves and diced onion.
