Cowboy Ranch Beans Recipe with Knorr

- 1 cube of Knorr Caldo de Res Bouillon (Beef flavor Bouillon)
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 TBSP butter
- 1 diced jalapeño
- 1/2 diced medium white onion
- 22 oz. can of pinto beans
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 TBSP minced garlic
- 2 tsp cumin
- Prepare the Knorr Caldo de Res Bouillon (Beef flavor Bouillon) by placing cube into 1 cup of hot water and mixing with a fork.
- Drain and rinse the canned beans. Set aside.
- In a sauce pan, melt butter.
- Add onion and jalapeño. Cook until soft.
- Add beans and spices. Mix well.
- Add prepared Knorr Caldo de Res Bouillon (Beef flavor Bouillon) to the pot.
- Simmer on low heat until beans thicken and liquid is reduced.
