- 1 Hillshire Farm® Polska Kielbasa
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow onion
- 3 small red potatoes
- 1 sweet potato (yam)
- 6–7 small beets
- 2 cups of carrots (baby carrots are fine)
- 3 stalks of celery
- 1 small peppers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1. cut all of the vegetables into 1″ pieces.
- 2. Parboil the potatoes to pre-cook them.
- 3. Slice the Hillshire Farm® Polska Kielbasa into 3/4″ thick diagonal slices.
- 4. Add the olive oil and vegetables to a frying pan; cook on medium heat.
- 5. Add the Hillshire Farm® Polska Kielbasa. Brown the Polska Kielbasa on the edge of the frying pan.
- 6. Cook until heated through and the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
- 7. Serve with a cold beer.
