1 box of Triscuit crackers
1 cup of julienned salami
12–15 whole olives
1 cup of fresh spinach
8 leaves of fresh basil
1 cup of salsa, drained
1 cup of shredded cheese (jack, cheddar blend)
Instructions
Start with a clean medium sized baking sheet.
Add a layer of foil, crinkling it to create an uneven surface for the Triscuit crackers to rest on. This will create hills and valleys to the nachos look more like nachos.
Drain the salsa to remove excess water.
Chop or tear the spinach and basil leaves into 1″ sized pieces.
Top Triscuit crackers with shredded cheese, sliced olives, julienned salami, crushed tomatoes or drained salsa, fresh spinach leaves, and sliced fresh basil.
Bake at 350°F for 6 minutes or until cheese melts.
