What’s the BEST Frappuccino Flavor? Kids taste the 20th anniversary flavors

Kids-Taste-New-Frappuccino-Flavors-Starbucks-Mini-Size-JPriest-2

Hey there, friends! Last month Starbuck's came out with 6 new Frappuccino flavors for the 20th Anniversary of the Frappuccino. The idea was to vote on your favorite one and that would become the new Frappuccino flavor. The chosen flavor, Caramel Cocoa Cluster, isn't a favorite in our family so we thought it would be fun to taste test all of the flavors and tell you which ones we liked best and why. What is the best Frappuccino flavor?

We ordered a “flight” of Frappuccino drinks in the mini size (10 oz) and got to work. Here are the flavors that we tried:

Frappuccino 20th Anniversary Flavors

Lemon Bar Frappuccino *Katie's Fave!

Caramel Cocoa Cluster Frappuccino

Cotton Candy Frappuccino *Kira's Fave!

Cinnamon Roll Frappuccino *Katie's Fave!

Cupcake Frappuccino *Matthew's Fave!

Red Velvet Cake Frappuccino

We had 3 taste testers, age 5, 8, and 16 so I think that pretty much covers all demographics. This was a very scientific taste test and no, that 5 year old was not all influenced by the older kids (haha, she totally was doing whatever they did when she wasn't admiring herself in my phone). I did a Periscope of the kids trying the Frappuccino drinks and it was pretty hilarious to watch them.

Why didn't I try them? I have a confession: I have not had a Frappuccino in YEARS! I thought about that lemon one but then when I saw the way it separated, I was like, “um no, ew, too gross!”

You can still order these Frappuccino flavors, even though they are not the on the menu. Which ones have you tried? Tell us in the comments!

I tried the Red Velvet and was not a fan, but I did like the Cupcake flavor! My go to is always a Caramel Frap though 🙂
