Mexican Chicken Satay Recipe – Tailgating Party Food

Sponsored post by Mirum Shopper. All opinions are my own.

Tailgating season is here and over the next two weeks, we're gearing up to share five new delicious recipes to help you have a rocking tailgating party this fall. We love Latin flavors but we also dig Thai and other exotic cuisines. One of Xaver's most favorite appetizers is chicken satay from our local Thai restaurant but unfortunately, we do not eat peanuts so we rarely order these. Why not make our own nut-free satays at home with the Latin flavors love? That's just what we did, pairing our Mexican Chicken Satay skewers with a delicious Creamy Chipotle Dip made with Knorr Caldo De Pollo Bouillon. This recipe is quick, easy, and packs amazing flavor. Your tailgating party just got yummier!

This creamy chipotle dip goes great with everything from chips and veggies to tacos, salads, and more. It's perfect for these Mexican chicken satays and for a tailgating party dip. Whether we're gathered around to walk football or soccer, we always have food with great flavors. That's where Knorr Bouillon comes in, giving our dishes extra flavor with no extra work!

I recently put my own spin on Knorr’s Creamy Chipotle Dip and it was a hit with the whole family! See the recipe below:

This dip goes great with just about everything you could possibly serve at a party. I almost couldn't keep my hands off it after we made it! This Mexican chicken satay recipe is pretty amazing when paired with this dip and it's such an easy party dish or main dish. Set these in the middle of the dinner table with the dip and a salad for a quick, easy dinner full of spicy Latin flavor.

These Mexican chicken satay skewers would also be delicious served on a bed of authentic arroz rojo topped with a dollop of the Creamy Chipotle Dip. Get the recipe for my family's Mexican Rice, featuring Knorr's Caldo De Tomate con sabor de Pollo.
