PALEO Grill Roasted Broccoli Recipe with Cedar Plank Salmon

Broccoli can be amazingly delicious but you've got to cook it right. One of our favorite ways of creating flavorful, crunchy, still-green broccoli is roasting. We love broccolini tossed in spice and balsamic vinegar and roasted in the oven. Since it's still the tail end of summer, we're grilling outside as much as possible. When Kim Six, organizer of the Ultimate Recipe Challenge, said we were making broccoli this month, we knew wanted to grill it outside over an open flame! This flavorful grill roasted broccoli recipe is delicious served with lemon dill cedar plank salmon, which you can make at the same time. Be sure to scroll all the way to the end of this post to see even more great broccoli recipes from others on the Ultimate Recipe Challenge this month.

Fire Roasted Broccoli Recipe by jenniferppriest - delicious, green broccoli that has a rustic fire-roasted taste. How to make broccoli that tastes good!

Grill roasted broccoli can be made in the oven but when it's warm outside, no one wants to crank up the oven. We created a meal based around this broccoli recipe, pairing it with a lemon dill cedar plank salmon. One fire and you can grill both of these recipes at the same time.
