Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe

A slow cooker chicken mole recipe that is so easy to make.you'll have mole for dinner every night! We love mole but I have memories of my mom slaving over a hot stove to make a sauce from scratch and then cook all of the components of an excellent mole. We use a store bought jar of prepared mole to make this an easy meal for any weeknight. Serve the mole over rice with salad and a dollop of Knorr's creamy guacamole for a dish the whole family will love.

You can follow the directions on the jar to make the paste into more of a liquid. That should help!

Help. Says 2 tablespoons of cubes. I can’t find anything that tells me how many cubes equals 2 tablespoons. Thanks.

Hello, it is not cubes – it is the loose, ground bouillon. You can find it at the store in a jar like I show in the post. Or you can smash the cubes and then measure the crushed bouillon. Hope that helps!
