Steak Quesadillas Recipe – Beefsteak Quesadilla and Poblano Peppers

Post sponsored by Mirum but all opinions are my own.

During the holidays it can get really busy quick! With the busy holidays, it's tempting to just grab some fast food and skip the dinner table. But you don't have to! This yummy beef quesadillas recipe is easy to make in under 30 minutes and it's a delicious meal the whole family will love. You can eat these Steak and Poblano Quesadillas on their own or you can pair the beef quesadillas with a salad to create a full meal with fresh ingredients.

Every mealtime is special. They’re a time for families to share favorite stories, meals, and to make new memories. When we did Whole 30 earlier this summer one of the key tenants was that you had to eat at the table and not do anything else while you ate. Since then, we've kept up the family meals around the table. This time has actually been really special as a time for us to connect and make sure that we get some face time with each other. But around the holidays, things can get hectic and there can be less time to spend together.

That’s why I love recipes like this one from Knorr, Steak and Poblano Quesadillas, that can be made in 30 minutes or less. You can make it tonight! These quesadillas are kicked up with the flavor of Knorr Caldo Con Sabor de res (Beef Bouillon). We use Knorr to add extra flavor to lots of our favorite foods, like Spanish Rice (Arroz Rojo), slow cooker pot roast recipe, and even guacamole.

For this recipe, you can combine fresh ingredients like onions, cilantro, and poblano peppers with strips of skirt steak to make a flavorful, filling quesadilla that is fun to eat and full of veggies. Make guacamole or serve fresh salsa for dipping the quesadillas.

Tip: Use a pizza cutter to cut quesadillas into small, bite-sized triangles. It will make the cutting process go so much faster!
